Return and Refund Policy

1. All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
4. Customized, special-order, or imported items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or supplied incorrectly.
5. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after inspection and approval by Nexontech Automation India Pvt. Ltd.
6. Shipping charges, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
8. For refurbished products, returns or replacements are subject to the warranty terms mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
9. Any product damaged due to improper installation, misuse, modification, or electrical faults is not eligible for return or refund.
