1. All quotations are valid for 3 days unless otherwise mentioned.
2. Prices are subject to stock availability and may change without prior notice.
3. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged unless approved by Nexontech Automation India Pvt. Ltd.
4. New products are supplied as per the manufacturer’s warranty. Refurbished products are supplied without warranty unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
5. 100% advance payment is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier, customs, or supplier delays.
7. Freight, GST, customs duty, and other applicable charges are extra unless specified.
8. The buyer is responsible for verifying the product model and specifications before placing the order.
9. Nexontech Automation India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of supplied products.
10. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
